David has had diverse careers as an Army officer, management consultant, and public servant. He has been a senior executive in three consulting firms, including a Partner leading a people and culture practice.

David not only has a wealth of theoretical knowledge but also hands-on experience in large-scale organisational change. His expertise in culture, strategic planning, leadership development, and workforce planning is backed by practical application.

Through effective messaging and organisational design, he works with government clients on culture and behaviour change.

David writes and speaks about work, workforce challenges, organisational change, and behaviour change, drawing on his leadership and management experience. He is the author of three books and numerous articles on people, work, technology, and organisation.
